I loved the location in Waikoloa, especially the proximity to a gas station, grocery store, and post office too. The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked, with beautiful decor in and out of it. The patio was a wonderful place to enjoy meals!
The parking for visitors is a huge challenge. My brother came over to visit for awhile one day, and the management threw a fit and sent me a letter over it. He wasn't over overnight or anything. The other thing that really bothered me, was the feeling of always being watched. I don't know if there were cameras installed in/out of the unit, but it was a little uneasy even with the neighbors staring.
