Big Island White Sands Village 202 by Coldwell Banker Island Vacations

We stayed here as a family of four and really enjoyed our time. Parking is right under the apartments, which is very convenient. The place is quite spacious, with plenty of towels and beach essentials. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was also a washer and dryer with eight laundry pods provided, which lasted us for all eight days. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. There is a sauna in the complex and a deep, well-maintained pool, as well as a barbecue area, although we didn’t use those. The entire property is very clean.

We enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that could be improved. The large bed had a very soft mattress. I am used to sleeping on a firm one, so this might be why it didn’t feel comfortable for me. The balcony door in the living room was difficult to open and really needs some maintenance. The kitchen did not have a kettle as listed, although we bought one, so now there is one available. The pans were old, scratched Teflon, which didn’t feel safe to use, though there were plenty of plates, forks, cups, spoons, and everything else. One kitchen cabinet door was missing, and one of the chairs was wobbly.
