The house was beautifully located, with spotless back garden, amazing train, and very pretty inside and outside. Ample parking for two on drive and more off drive. Welcome basket and snacks were a great touch. Well appointed kitchen with new utilities. Plenty of storage and plates/pans etc. Linen and pillows very comfortable. Would definitely return and are looking forward to it.

The hosts are really lovely and helpful but some guests may prefer to access the property through a key safe system rather than receive a tour. We could understand the landlords need to describe the facilities, and how everything worked but this did take a while when we wanted to settle in. A shower curtain would be beneficial and awareness that the community has cats would be useful because of the faeces and ‘company’ when in the garden.

The property is at the end of a gravel drive set back in a very well kept front and back garden. The bungalow itself is small but tastefully decorated with little touches that reflect its location and area. Everything was well appointed, immaculately clean and the attention to detail exceptional. A welcome basket was provided with local treats such as apple juice and toffee - a lovely touch. A feature that will appeal to all ages is the light railway that runs just beyond the back fence and runs approximately hourly until 5pm. The location is very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend a stay in this lovely house.

The hosts are very friendly and spent a considerable amount of time handing the property over on arrival. They went through all the features of the bungalow but in the process did convey anxiety over previous guest's behaviour which was then passed on to us making us making it hard to relax in the property. A shower curtain would also have been appreciated as the only option available was a bath.
