As a private rental did not have availability of storage of luggage on last day. To early check out time caused a major problem for us. Rhonda manager did help us maybe you should work out something better for renters we will not do a rental like this again

My husband and I recently stayed at this apartment and we appreciated that the apartment had everything for your needs, a fully resourced kitchen, with electric oven, microwave and drip coffee maker beyond the standard fridge and oven of course. The location of the complex is ideal with regards to the main downtown of Kailua area with wonderful local restaurants, coffee shops, ice-cream parlors, pizza, burgers and more. A fun walk directly from where we stayed (about 1 mile) Overall we were satisfied with our stay, we found the apartment clean and tidy and we appreciated the large spaces.

I'd say there are a few caveats to keep in mind. The area per se has no real sandy beaches, if this is what you are looking for, then this is not the area for you. For the apartment per se, the dish washer was old and rusty and finicky. The patio area is a good space but it overlooks the parking lot so it wasn't very enticing for us.
