Everything! The location is a perfect base and you can walk out the door and be seaside, walk or bike the lungomare or stay on the balcony and sip your coffee.
The apartment is super modern and has state of the art climate control, super insulated for sound and weather, bathroom and shower are top notch. Gated parking, elevator, secure . Full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals ( though you are surrounded by dozens of amazing restaurants) Superfast wifi and smart tv.
Federico , who manages the apartment is fantastic, always disponibile and precise.
Love this place so much that we just booked it again.
We loved EVERYTHING.

Federico war super, die Lage war sehr gut und die schalldichten Fenster haben den Lärm des Zugs sehr gut abgefangen . Positiv ist auch die Zuverlässigkeit von Host Federico zu betonen.
Die Schlafcouch und das separate Bett im extra Zimmer waren extrem schlecht. Nur das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer war gut. Mein erwachsener Sohn und mein Mann haben im Doppelbett geschlafen weil mein Sohn alle anderen Schlafgelegenheiten nicht nutzen konnte. Das blieb dann an mir hängen . Außerdem hatten wir immer wieder massive Probleme mit dem WLAN was uns Probleme bereitet hat weil wir nicht online arbeiten konnten
