The chalet is located in the basement part of the house. It truly feels like a luxurious vacation home. Lots of natural light, the kitchen is fully equipped, enough storage room everywhere. The bathroom is very luxurious. The Chalet is located at a 6-7 minute drive from different slopes. Kitzbubel is at 10 minute drive.

De locatie is perfect. Rustige omgeving maar met de auto binnen 5 minuten in het centrum van Kirchberg of bij Fleckalmbahn. De accommodatie bevindt zich op -1 en heeft een eigen ingang (trap naar beneden). Er is een apart opberghok voor ski/snowboard (niet verwarmd). De keuken is goed uitgerust met oa koelkast/vriezer, vaatwasser en allerlei keukengerei. De badkamer is modern en strak, douchestraal is uitstekend, en er is ook een wasmachine aanwezig.
Er waren meerdere kussens in de slaapkamer, maar helaas niet naar mijn smaak. Dat is echter heel persoonlijk en niet echt een minpunt.
