Great location, really beautifully furnished and looks the part, super easy check in

Laundry man arrived late on the evening of the first day asking for access to the property and we had not had prior warning. Basic items that were provided had not been restocked and there were no extras stored. This included toilet rolls where half used loo rolls were provided, no spares given. The tea caddy had a few teabags in and there were a handful of coffee pods. Not enough for a group of ten staying. Towels were provided but only one per person. No hand towels. Slightly undermined the luxurious feel of the interiors. Some beds were comfortable, whilst other beds were basically camp beds.

Location was great within walking distance to town and on a bus route from station. Good to have 6 separate rooms for sleeping.

Certain areas could have been cleaner.

More than one tea towel would be better

Location is amazing, on Bishy Road. Place is spacious and beautifully decorated. Love the original features.. the entrance tiles especially! Clean throughout. Games rooms is a bonus extra. Appreciated most rooms having en suite! Parking was handy. Most mod cons like a speaker for playing music but we were weary of noise restrictions.. had a brilliant trip, thank you

Check out could have been a little later, even 10.30 or 11 would be helpful…
