Forse il Soffitto un po' basso in camera da letto, l'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore, purtroppo non c'era il salottino sul terrazzo per cui abbiamo portato fuori tavolo e sedie della cucina.

- One of the best terraces I’ve ever seen (huge, sunny, with an umbrella and outdoor seating). - The apartment’s location is excellent: the beach is a 10-minute walk, the main bus station is also 10 minutes. From there, Catania Airport is 1 hour by bus, and Taormina is just 25 minutes by bus.

I loved the apartment, but the host seemed stingy and dishonest, so I gave only 5 stars. Two examples: 1. He asked €3.5/person/night extra before arrival, claiming Sicily’s tourist tax is that high everywhere. This was false — I had paid less in other cities a week earlier. Later I found out the real tax for private apartments in Giardini Naxos is only €2. Although he accepted this, he never asked for our IDs, so I’m sure he didn’t register us or pay the tax. 2. There was no WiFi, so I requested it a month before. He offered it for €15 extra, but on arrival he just gave us the neighbor’s WiFi password, which barely worked the first day. Only after I insisted did he bring the router to the apartment, but he never offered compensation. Later I discovered he pays only €7/month for that mobile internet. Be careful with the host — but the apartment itself is still a good choice!
