La ubicación del departamento es ideal, cerca a dos avenidas importantes de Cochabamba, tiene una excelente vista a casí toda la ciudad.
Lo que no me gustó es que el carro basurero pasa a las 6:30 de la mañana, día por medio y perifonea demasiado fuerte para que los vecinos saquen su basura, algo que puede ser solucionable con alguna queja a la Alcaldía, creo que no es necesario meter bulla para este cometido.

Tiene hermosas vistas al cristo,al estadium,a la ciudad. Es amplio y cómodo, piscina y sauna sábado, domingo y feriados. Ingrid estubo a disposición de lo que necesitaba. Exelente. El edificio es nuevo,todo muy bien.
