L’appartement est propre et globalement bien équipé, propre, lagon agréable et accessible proche appartements,
Le bruit ! Le vrai point noir de cet emplacement, une route en ligne droite passe juste à côté, ça commence tôt le matin et il n y a pas de double vitrage, c’est vraiment dommage pour cette résidence.

Très bon emplacement et très belle piscine
Le restaurant de l’établissement est fermé, l’appartement est vieillissant, la porte d’entrée était dure à fermer. La baie vitrée du salon ne fermait pas. Le coffre de la chambre était fermé, impossibilité de mettre nos objets de valeur. La machine à laver le linge ne fonctionnait pas. La serviette sur les fauteuils de la terrasse était sale.
