The Drift - Airlie Two

Clean and excellent location, very nice property

The view was incredible from the private balcony, the beds were incredibly comfortable and were very clean. Everything required was provided and a/c was ice cold. Nice 10 min walk to all the action. Swimming pool and bbq pit was perfect.

Hot water system was playing up but Rachel was very responsive to get it resolved over booking.com. Shower also has frosted window that can be seen from living room to allow natural light into bathroom. you kinda see outlines during shower so may be worth putting in solid blinds.

The views from the apartment were stunning. The apartment was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in, the décor in the bedrooms was beautiful. Plenty of extra towels and bedding provided. The living areas was spacious.

The only downside to this stay was poor customer service from the receptionist working the night of our arrival. We had difficulty accessing the 1st floor of block b from the basement as the elevator was out of service at the time of our stay. When we approached the receptionist of the Sebel to ask how we can get to level 1 of the B block she was very unhelpful and rude and instead of showing me to the elevator located in the reception which would have brought me to the first floor, she sent me back down the driveway of the property and into the basement to come another elevator which brought me back to the reception desk, so unhelpful and very poor communication / customer service skills not a nice way to be greeted on our stay.
