Sun-Kissed Escape - Broadbeach Gem

Location was great. Just across from the beach and walkable distances to many restaurants, supermarket, chemist. Apartment furniture was very modern and new with good quality kitchen appliances. The apartment was clean. Air conditioning was perfect. Ventilation in the shower was strong to remove moisture quickly. Bonus to have a washing machine and a dryer. Dedicated underground parking allocated. Spacious which was great for our family of 5 (3 teenagers)

There was only 1 key fob which made it inconvenient for us to get in and out of the apartment. The so called sofa bed was a fold away bed frame with a thin mattress which was uncomfortable. It also was not set up in the living room for us and we had to search the apartment for the bed. We booked for 5 people and there were only 4 sets of towels and bedding in the apartment. Sarah from the coastal letting co. was very helpful and polite when we spoke to her about it and she arranged for the necessities to be delivered the same day.
