Спокійний район, поруч вся необхідно інфраструктура в доступності. ЖК має чистий та охайний вигляд, новий ремонт, безпечний вхід, ліфт. Апартаменти відповідають дійсності як на фото, неймовірно гарні. Також є все необхідне для комфортного проживання, включаючи чисту постільну білизну(з запасом) , рушники, кухонне приладдя та все для клінінгу (+ 2сушарки, правильна машина, пилосос, праска) та дуже багато побутових дрібниць. Неймовірно гарна та ввічлива господиня вас буде зустрічати🥰

Гарний ремонт і наповнення квартири, все необхідне і навіть більше в наявності.
Стійкий неприємний запах, яким пропахло все приміщення, меблі і мої речі. У вітальні запах якогось супу, а в спальні - поту. Подушки потрібно замінити або в хімчистку.
