The property was quite nice and modern.
A couple of small things, the stairs were quite dangerous with no hand rail. My Dad is 80 and found these quite challenging, with the toilet being downstairs it made things quite hard for him in the night and the stairs were very slippy. Also couldn’t find a mop or an ironing board. Tried contacting the agent but had no reply.
