La struttura è molto nuova e accogliente. Pulitissima e con ogni possibile confort. Sia il letto sia il divano letto molto comodi con una buona biancheria. Il bagno pulito come il resto della casa con fornitura di asciugami bianchissimi e morbidi. L’appartamento è più o meno a 20/30 minuti da importanti centri come Perugia, lago Trasimeno, Assisi , Città di Castello. Molto apprezzato il posto auto
