Royal Residence Balbi 2

We stayed here for 6 days and overall had a very good experience. The apartment is actually even nicer than in the photos and was super clean. It has everything you might need for a holiday stay. We only cooked eggs 😅, but there are plenty of pots, pans and kitchen utensils if you want to cook more seriously. It was also my first time using my phone instead of a key to enter an apartment. It can feel a little stressful at the beginning, but after three or four times you get used to it and it becomes easy. The apartment is on the 6th floor, and the entrance to the building is somehow a little awkward, but other than that, everything was good. The host was nice and responsive. Overall, a very nice, clean and well-equipped apartment, and we enjoyed our 6-day stay.

The only thing I think could be improved is some flexibility around the policies. I asked for a late check-out and was offered only one additional hour for €25. I think this could perhaps be handled more flexibly when there is no new booking on the same day.

Tutto perfetto, l’unica cosa erano i cuscini un po’ alti Ma già dalla seconda notte abituandomi li ho trovati più comodi.
