Uncomfortable Stay – Host Shared the Room with Guests

Nothing to like.

Our stay was very uncomfortable. The host was sleeping in the same room as us, which felt extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. He even asked us to go to sleep early because it was his bedtime, so we couldn’t talk or relax freely. On top of that, he offered a massage to my friend, which was quite unsettling. The room itself was small, with three beds crammed in, and the check-in time after 7 p.m. was inconvenient for us. It also seemed that the host uses the apartment for personal use during the day and then rents out the same room to guests at night. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and definitely not worth the money.

I am not going back to that house

The location and that it was clean

The owner ask me if will sleep with if the room got another booking and in the photos you are showed big bed but he will ask you to sleep in the smaller one in the corner, a lot of rule and he is a bit rude’ maybe its because of language barrier’ i didn’t get any problem. Huh and its a only sleep home, you can’t go back during the day, you have to ring bell all over!!🥲

Catastrophic.

The host guided us to a random appartement in a building. He stayed behind the door when he opened it, we were afraid he was hiding anything. I asked him to show us his hands and he said no. He then closed the door on us and told us to leave. Then he opened back the door and we entered the appartement, it was his appartement and the room was the other with the shared bathroom with the host himself!! The room had no keys. There were no check in procedure and the host asked for a photo of my passport days ago (i did well not to send it to him). We were all afraid and we couldnt stay 5 mins. I was polite with the host despite all what happened and i told him than i wanted to search for another hotel and tell him quickly, he told me not to come back. For all of this the host spoke really bad and in a scary and bizarre way. The host want to make his another room a hotel without precising it on booking.com, this is not acceptable. And after allt his, he doesnt want to accept our refund. What a shame!!

Horrible experience.

First of all there is no sign board near property. It took us around 45 min to search this property. It's a normal flat which is located far from main city centre. Even landlord was annoying.. he did not respond on intercom connection. Check in checkout timing are too odd.. you can not enter or leave property from 00:00 to 5: 00 am. Better book a hostel atleast someone will entertain you.

Assolutamente Nulla

Ho affittato la camera per 2 giorni , mi ha fatto fare il check in alle ore 19,00 ero a Milano dalla mattina e ho chiesto se poteva anticipare il check in alle ore 14,00/15,00 e mi ha detto assolutamente no! Ho chiesto se potevo almeno portare la valigia e lui mi ha detto che se volevo lasciarla dovevo pagare €15,00 altrimenti no. Non è finita la mattina seguente mi ha detto che dovevo uscire di casa e non potevi rientrare prima delle ore 19,00. (Poi ho capito che di giorno affittava la stanza ad altre persone che lavoravano la notte) Non è finita, nel corridoio per andare in bagno che non so se si può chiamare bagno c’era una tenda di stoffa che era messa per coprire altri letti di persone che dormivano nel corridoio. Alla fine il giorno dopo il primo giorno ho dovuto prenotare da un’altra parte per non rimanere in giro per Milano con la valigia per il secondo giorno consecutivo. Booking non dovrebbe dare la possibilità a questi personaggi di vendere i loro servizi, se così vogliamo chiamarli. Concludo io altrimenti viene fuori un libro

La peor experiencia

La PEOR experiencia. No tanto por la casa, sino por el anfitrión. Nada más llegar pregunté si había cocina o lavadora, y respondió con mucha rudeza: "No para ti". No me dejó hacer más preguntas. Cuando iba al baño insistía en que terminara rápido. Me preguntaba constantemente cuándo salía de la casa, qué iba a hacer, qué iba a visitar hoy, a pesar dejarle claro que "no es asunto tuyo". Realmente me sentí acosado. La casa también tiene una restricción: durante la estancia, no se puede usar la casa de 11:00 de la mañana a 19:00 de la tarde. Esta restricción no se mencionaba en la descripción de la reserva (solo en una foto). Y trató de mentirme, diciendo que era a las 10:00 en lugar de a las 11:00. Lo peor fue cuando un día me quité la camisa por el calor insoportable, y el anfitrión, en lugar de ofrecerme aire acondicionado, me ofreció un... ¡masaje! Dije: WTF No lo recomiendo. No vale lo que cuesta. Y el precio es lo único bueno.
