Simply the best possible place for sea and calm lovers! A bus to Batumi is in front of the building, and takes about 30 minutes. Perfect for one or a couple. You are virtually on the beach, falling asleep and waking up with the sea... A dream! New and absolutely spotless, like a 5-star hotel. AND a swimming pool, where I was alone late in the evening). The host is wonderful, he came to fetch me in Batumi and took me back to the station, and is always on WhatsApp. I will recommend it to all my friends.

Fantastyczny, punktualny właściciel, który bezpłatnie zorganizował transfer i przygotował butelkę wina na powitanie. Wzorowy kontakt. Apartament w standardzie premium, z pięknym widokiem na morze tuż przy plaży z basenem, pokój czysty i przestronny. Polecam każdemu, kto podczas pobytu chce poczuć się jak u siebie — jak u dobrego przyjaciela. Gorąco polecam wszystkim.

The studio is on a perfect location right by the beach with beautiful view. It had everything we needed, very clean and well maintained. The ower is a very kind person and accommodating. Highly recommended.
