De rustige en gunstige ligging.

Verschrikkelijk vuil terras, vloer met stof, haren, spinnenwebben. Echt goor. Ook de toilet was niet proper, resten van ontlasting nog in wc pot, tegels van badkamer vies. Gootsteen en gasvuur met etensresten. Vuile ramen vooral deuren van terras. Lichtschakelaars vuil. Er was duidelijk niet professioneel gepoetst.
