Gute und recht ruhige Lage, das Apartment und der Balkon haben eine gute Größe.. Austattung ider Küche st OK.
Die Matratze ist total weich und durchgelegen. Die Duscharmatur ist ziemlich kaputt und wurde mit dem Klebeband zusammengehalten. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief fast nicht ab und im Bad riecht es nach Abfluss /Fäkalien. Außerdem hat das Bad kein Fenster und Ventilator war defekt. bei der Ankunft hatte eine Außenwand einen Oberflächenschimmel, den der Vermieter aber schnell entfernt hat.
Alles in allem ist alles recht abgewohnt und eine Renovierung ist absolut notwendig.
Schliesslich war es noch staubig, weil der Vermieter in der Zeit das Apartment nebenan renoviert hat.
