An Italian Manager who wasn’t on the sight scolded me on the phone. He did not seek clarification of the situation as was before asking the supervisor on the ground to hand me the phone. He was simply rude. I was almost completely thrown away by a lecture on the phone from someone who failed to even introduce himself. He mentioned that we “were not respecting” the timelines for meals. This is after the first 4/6 nights had us being offered breakfast out of the respected time. He went ahead to downplay a complain I made about a waiter on the same phone-call. This was after the had been mixing up our orders and failed to know what was available in the kitchen not once. The experience from the phone call was belittling without an apology. To summarise it had “you have no right to complain” written over it.
