Spacious & Bright 1 Bed Flat in Central Doncaster

This is indeed home away from home, from the communication to a very quick response from the team members. All questions were answered within seconds. They kept on asking after your welfare and if there was anything you needed to make your stay comfortable, they were so good and had a great sense of humour. The house was very neat and everything needed to make your own meals was provided, The house manual was easy to read and understand and the check in information was straightforward, no hassle experience. The location made it most appealing as it was proximity to everything within the town center and a local shop just within a stone throw. We enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home.

Just that the waste disposal gate code wasn't readily available on the house manual and I wasn't happy I had to leave behind the rubbish in the room though it was well packed and sealed. I made several attempts to get the code so I can dispose of it before leaving in the early house but I didn't get the code till after about 5 hours after I had checked out. I recommend the waste disposal gate code to be included in the house manual or check in information.

Location.

The electric wire for the towel dryer was broken, so the bathroom was cold. It was not repaired even though the repairman arrived, turned off the heating, there were no parts. At the time of check-in, the heating was not turned on, even though a specific arrival time was given. The apartment was extremely cold. It took 2 hours for it to start warming up. And so the apartment was cold again after the repairman's visit. Old dust in many places.
