Conforto, limpeza, localização, acolhimento, receptividade, foi tudo impecável! Recomendo muito essa acomodação. O café da manhã não está incluso porém eles servem e é incrivelmente gostoso! Tudo muito bom 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Absolutamente nada para reclamar

Apartament położony blisko stacji metra skąd można bezpośrednio dojechać na lotnisko. Apartament czysty, łóżka wygodne. Wyposażenie kuchni wystarczające do przygotowania posiłku dla dwóch osób, butelka wina na powitanie.

Good location in Porto - 10mins away from the tram, quiet, and kitchen well-provided with appliances to cook etc.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The photos on Booking look incredible, with everything appearing brand new, but our studio (A14) was the complete opposite: worn-out and dirty walls, floors and window blinds, crooked frame and lamp, no shampoo in the shower, no hangers in the closets, and lots of crumbs under the fridge, which, in addition awkwardly sits in the middle of the entrance (our studio had an awkward layout which made us lose space and was poorly optimised). If the photos accurately reflected the actual condition of the flat, I wouldn't have a problem - I would simply know what I was booking and would expect it as such. But the photos are completely unrepresentative of reality, and at almost €100 per night, this is not okay. We also had an issue at check-in: the provided code didn't open the door. The guy was responsive and picked up immediately, but said he'd arrive in 15 minutes and took over 30. That's really the last thing you want when arriving in the evening, hungry and tired. For me, one word sums up the issue: MAINTENANCE. It's easy to charge a high price, but you also need to invest in maintaining the property. The pillows are another example of this: there are dozens of Booking reviews complaining about them, and I can confirm they are awful — they literally sound like plastic bags and have the strangest consistency. Yet they still haven't been replaced. Please actually take customer feedback into consideration and fix recurring issues instead of avoiding the cost of maintenance. I would not come back here if I return to Porto and cannot recommend it. At the very least, request a studio other than A14.
