Coastal Retreat with Pool Alfresco & Family Comfo

Very spacious, lots of lovely rooms, great bathrooms and showers. Lovely outdoor area, pool was great. Ceiling fans everywhere which were great to keep cool. Comfy sofa, all the facilities you need for a perfect stay, would highly recommend!

Cleaning the facility inside and outside, we seen a lot of cobwebs, yard not clean, the entrance and other doors were very dusty. There's no Barbeque facility.

The house is huge, very big and spacious. Lots of equipment there to use. All utensils and full kitchen which was great. There's also a small pool out the back with some patio furniture. It is also within walking distance to a gorgeous beach and the shops are within walking distance if you wanted to walk (1km or so away)

I didn't like that it was advertised on booking.com that there was a BBQ, this is one of the main reasons we booked the house (the novelty of having a BBQ on Christmas day. There was none! I raised this with the company and their response was quick but I was told that there was no BBQ at the property, I had to take a screenshot of the booking.com amenities and forward it on. There was an apology and a promise of a refund and the matter was resolved quickly. We were woken on Christmas morning at 5am by a loud gushing noise, I thought it was raining so looked outside. As it happened the sprinkler system was on but the top of the hose at front door was completely broken off so it was more of a fountain than a sprinkler! Again I had to send videos via email (on Christmas morning) about this. It took a few hours but apologised again. There was bits of broken glass on the lawn which I had to pick up and dispose of. The outside bins were full on our arrival which was no fault of anyone. The pool is very small and the picture is quite deceiving on the advertisement. It's not a full sized pool but it was fine, we made do. We encountered a few little problems but they were resolved quickly and we were made an offer of a refund. I wouldn't stay here again.
