We were able to leisurely walk to Broadway (about an hour), and there were a lot of restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was nice, loved having 3 full bathrooms. Very spacious, and I really like that each floor had its own thermostat! The patio on the roof overlooking the city was a nice way to unwind. The property managers quickly responded every time!
The house is a little dated (cabinet doors don’t shut, blinds damaged). The random fire alarm that went off was a bit jarring, and there were no lights in the kitchen. Bring earplugs, neighbors partying until 4 am may require them.
