Condominio muito bem cuidado ! pé na area
Utensilios de cozinha do flat com alguns itens faltando, irei citar alguns que lembro : Liquidificador, gela agua, airfry, etc... Precisa renovar jogo de louças, algumas xicaras faltando, copos, talheres e pratos. Acredito terem quebrado e nao foram reposto. escorredor de platos ineficiente, Assadeira de pao precisa de uma nova, atual tá bem depressiada. Cadeiras da varanda, precisando de reparo ou troca, algumas fica ate dificil de ficar sentado, risco de queda. Sofa Cama na sala, nao tem conforto algum. Cama de casal muito pequena com colchao desconfortavel. Se voce passar muito dias, vai voltar com dor na lombar. Como fiquei somente dois dias, deu para se virar.
