An excellent choice, a great experience.

The villa is better than demonstrated and really exceeded our expectations. It is so new, fresh, clean and comfortable that made my family’s stay just wonderful!!! We relaxed and enjoyed the place which in the perfect distance from the centre but quiet while our kids were enjoying the pool all day long. Host was very warm, so polite and always helpful providing room services daily or as necessary. The entire place is exactly as it is promoted through description and photos published by the host something which you don’t meet all the times. Moreover the real experience of being there is even better than what you expected, also rare as well. I strongly recommend it and given how sad we were leaving the place, i can tell that we’ll definitely come back!!! CAUTION Do not get manipulated or confused by any kind of malicious comments or reviews from people who cannot read, pay attention to the details and photos or cannot understand the difference between what a place offers and what they would prefer in real. IMHO it is unfair and nasty to mark a property with low score based on arguments like” “The rooms are so close to each other as if you stay with your neighbors at the balcony. You have no privacy at all.” or “The pool is shared (they have a dividing wall, but the water is the same), not private at all” SEE THE PICTURES, EVERYTHING YOU MENTION OR UNDERRATE IS DEMONSTRATED IN ADVANCE. How bad would it be if i wanted a pool but rent a property without a pool, visit it, but then give a bad score because it didn’t have a pool?

- A coffee machine should be provided and/or an espresso machine would be a great addition. - Some kind of separator between balconies would offer more privacy, but this is something we knew in advance so it hasn't affected our experience and definitely cannot be reflected in my ratings. - I would wish a secondary TV supplied on the upper room, but that's a personal need.

It did not meet our expectations.

The staff were very very helpful, which made everything for us easier. Everything was clean, the towels and sheets were new and soft.

No privacy at all The rooms are so close to each other as if you stay with your neighbors at the balcony. You have no privacy at all. The pools look private but you share the water of the pool with the neighbors you dont know. On the other hand, we had two adult men nxt to our rooms. As a family we would either had more privacy and im sure the our neighbors had the same feeling. I think it is not convinient for the families. I did not see a coffee machine in the kitchenette which- at this price- we definetely looked for.

Perfect accommodation

Everything was perfect! Very spacious and clean villa, new furniture, kitchinette with the necesary equipment and the terrance with wonderful private pool. The host, Mrs. Irene, is very kind and willing to help and make the tourists feel at home. I strongly recomanded it!

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα! Το κατάλυμα είναι φανταστικό! Σίγουρα αν βρεθούμε Χαλκιδική ξανά , θα το επιλέξουμε!

Θεωρώ πως θα έπρεπε να υπάρχουν διαχωριστικά ανάμεσα στα δωμάτια και τις πισίνες προκειμένου να αισθάνεται κανείς πιο άνετα όταν επιλέγει να κάτσει πχ στις ξαπλώστρες .

Super empfehlenswerte schöne saubere Unterkunft mit der liebsten Vermieterin

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da es kein Hotel war, sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass es keinen Reinigungsservice geben würde, doch wurden vom Gegenteil überzeugt. Es wurde sauber gemacht und wir haben neue Handtücher bekommen. Allgemein ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Straße zur Villa ist leider nicht ausgebaut und dementsprechend schwer ohne Auto zu erreichen.
