The space and free parking

Kitchen was well equipped, fast WiFi, close to shops and beach. Staff friendly and accommodating.
From the photos, we thought the apartment looked towards the beach. However the complex has a number of apartments and our view was of the car park, which was a bit disappointing.

Good coffee shop next door
Parking was so tight, you couldnt get out of the car door, elected to park in the street at the rear.
No instructions on TV or Oven, TV. Took a lot to work out, v ery limited channels anyway, Oven is an underbench, microwave/Oven, no instructions, have to get down on your knees on the floor to read buttons, oven kept showing a H98 error, and we had to keep turning it off and on to get it to work.No suitcase racks, had to put them on the floor. This is a privately owned unit and nothing to do with Seaspray, I first went to reception and was treated so rudely and unhelpful. I had to go and get my paperwork and when I returned the receptionist made a30 sec call and got the lock box code for me, courtesy and help costs nothing, but I was bluntly told it was nothing to do with Seaspray, upset me quite badly the way I was treated.
The ground floor units face the carpark, not the waterfront, it is not beachfront, but across the road.
Despite having a laundry there were no signs and we could not find it, I was not game to ask the receptionist.
The courtyard is quite shabby needs a good clean up and is overlooked by a neighbouring balcony.
The cheapest toaster is feral, absolutely terrible, and never been cleaned, surely you could invest in a new $10 KMart toaster, or clean it out each time.
There is no were in the shower to put anything but on the floor, there was evidently a shelf but it is gone and just the brackets remain.
Privacy lock on bathroom, parts fell out on the floor.
Very disappointed in my choice of accomodation.
