Luxury 3 Bed Apartment with Large Outdoor Pools and Gardens

The apartment was very spacious, clean and luxurious. The outside area was well furnished with a beautiful outdoor table, chairs and sofa. The pool area was large and very well kept.

The biggest problem was to get the keys to this apartment. The number which was given was not correct and it took us 2 hours to finally get the correct digits for the self check in box. The people in charge to assist check in were mot efficient at all.

The apartment is amazing modern and very clean. Adam was really kind and helpful and the view wowww with the spacious pools and surroundings. I will recommend it to everyone.

The location is in a quiet area of Qala. The apartment is quite big with three bedrooms, an open plan and also a small private terrace which leads to four pools and a large are with BBQ facilities. The hosts took care of us even before arriving at the property by adding a cot, a highchair as well as a shnuggle (to wash the baby in. Whilst we were at the property they also asked us if we need anything and were very helpful. I recommend the place and also the hosts.

We were disappointed with the level of communication between us and the landlord and the lack of understanding from the landlords side. The TV didn't work and it took 2 days for someone to tell us there was a fault in the TV. We looked for an iron everywhere and when we asked for one we got no answer back. We also wanted to wash the dishes but there were dishwasher tablets hence we had to leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Little things make a big difference. I love the place but these things put me off and we will definitely not come back even thought we have visited hal wardija multiple times because we love the place I make sure not to come back in this apartment which is truly a pity as the apartment itself is lovely.

I do not like leaving bad reviews however I hope you take this feedback and try to treat guests with a little bit more consideration next time
