It's in a very nice location, easy to reach town and a nice view. Beach and lookout within walking distance.
Nice and peaceful to sit on the balcony with a bonus view of the cat feeding that occurs every morning between 8-9.
The place has an older feel to it, I wouldn't recommend to rent it in the winter as it gets a musty smell due to dampness. They try to accommodate by placing electric heaters, but people will whine ... I didn't mind :-)
