The Malgrate Balcony - Lake Como Retreat

The host was good and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. During an intense heatwave in Lake Como, she ordered a new table fan for us and had it delivered the very next day, which we truly appreciated. The apartment itself offers breathtaking views, especially in the morning and evening. Waking up to such a beautiful panorama and enjoying the peaceful evenings from the apartment made our stay even more memorable.

There are a few areas that could be improved to make the stay even better. Some of the kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned before our arrival. In addition, one of the pans was not compatible with the induction cooktop, leaving only one usable pan. Unfortunately, the other pan was also not clean, so we were unable to use it. The bathroom sink was clogged, which was inconvenient during our stay. We also noticed that no toiletries, such as hand soap or shower gel, were provided. Additionally, there were no dishwasher tablets available, which would have been helpful given that the apartment has a dishwasher. Addressing these small maintenance and housekeeping issues would significantly improve the experience for future guests.

Die Parkplatzsuche war etwas kompliziert. Generell war es in der Wohnung etwas kalt, aber das sind nur zwei Kleinigkeiten

Przestronny apartament z funkcjonalnym wyposażeniem. Doskonale wyposażona kuchnia wraz z zapasem kawy i przyprawami do gotowania. Korzystaliśmy również z dostępnej pralki, suszarki i żelazka. Apartament urządzony w prawdziwym włoskim klimacie. Polecam.
