Casa Magnanina Sarda

The apartment was spacious and exceptionally clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a large refrigerator. Having the washing machine is a big plus. There’s plenty of street parking, it’s an easy walk to the center. The host always replied very quickly and was happy to answer any questions.

This was a perfect apartment for us: fully equipped for cooking, even with olive oil, vinegar, herbs, much more than what we usually find in rentals. The layout is great, the location is perfect, there is a pasticceria close by (La Dolce Vita) where you can get tramezzini sandwiches, great coffee, delicious pastries and wine with your lunch. There is a small grocery store called Vicina da te 5 minutes away with the basics which, in Italy, mean having a meat and cheese counter as well as beer and wine, 😋 and a huge one called Eurospin 15 minutes away by foot where you can find everything. The apartment is managed by Absolute Sardinia, we dealt with Sara and Stefano, both very kind and responsive. Stefano greeted us upon arrival to hand us the keys and explain everything, we were very impressed. The washing machine for clothes is easy to work and there is a drying rack on one of the 2 terrasses. The old town is also a 15 minute walk away, which was perfect.

Nothing major - water does not get very hot

De sleutels werden door de verhuurder gebracht. Hij gaf ook nuttige informatie. Casa Magnanina Sarda is een ruime, comfortabele woning in een appartementencomplex, net buiten het centrum gelegen. Afstand tot centrum is redelijk (15 minuten lopen). Er zijn 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, een keuken en een woonkamer - allemaal ruim en heel netjes. Goede voorzieningen (horren) tegen muggen en andere insecten. Heel handig: eigen parkeerplaats bij woning.

Alles in orde.
