Awesome Home In Søby Ærø With Wifi

Located just a few minutes away from the Soby pier, it’s convenient. The house is spacious, with comfortable decor and enough furniture and kitchenware for our party of eight. The property is sparkling clean, tidy, new and we had a fantastic 5-day stay here without any complaints.

Can’t think of any.

The house itself is wonderful, and the equipment is great too. It's perfect for a couple families or a large family. It has all sorts of amenities that you'd want while on holiday and the apartment looks like it has been taken good care of by the owners. The BBQ area was also great to be outdoors when there's good weather. There's also 2 refrigerators, in case you want to have many drinks near the garden and not have to go to the kitchen. Wifi was good and beds were comfy.

The fact that the apartment is managed by an agency (NOVASOL) was a red flag, but we decided to give it a try. Firstly, as soon as you book, all the communication happens off Booking. NOVASOL has their own platform, and it shows different information than what Booking shows. For instance, on Booking it doesn't say anywhere that the rental doesn't include beddings or towels. There's also no soap or even toilet paper. I tried contacting NOVASOL about the size of the beds so I could get suitable blankets, but they did not reply at all. Also, they will charge you for your usage of utilities such as electricity, heating oil, water, etc. at the end of the rental, so the price you see is NOT the final price you'll pay. Then there's the cleaning fee. Around 1/3 of the price of the booking was the cleaning fee of 163 EUR, but when we arrived, the house didn't look like it had been professionally cleaned at all. We ended up cleaning things ourselves, since the agency could not be reached.
