We were a little rowdy and were fined, So remember your in an estate and need to be considerate at all times. We had to pay a fine for the noise complaint, which is only fair.

The place was clean and had an amazing view.

Our experience with Kirstie was deeply disappointing. She failed to provide adequate directions or prior notice, resulting in us spending over an hour attempting to contact her, during which she was entirely unreachable. For two days, we were left without access codes and were forced to wait outside for more than an hour. The overall planning and communication were severely lacking. There was also a clear miscommunication between Kirstie and her team regarding the check-in and check-out times. Upon departure, we were instructed by her team to check out at 9:00 a.m., despite Kirstie having previously communicated an 11:00 a.m. check-out. This caused unnecessary stress and forced us to rush our departure. In addition, Kirstie repeatedly demanded our ID numbers and driver’s licences without offering any explanation regarding their intended use, raising significant concerns in relation to our POPI rights. There was no indication of extra charges on Booking.com; however, she insisted these costs had been disclosed, despite our verification to the contrary. She further threatened to cancel our entire non-refundable booking due to our hesitation in providing copies of all guests’ driver’s licences.
