Exceptional service. With such a price range, you will feel like staying in 4-5 * hotel. Clean rooms. Look wise premium. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast has limited option, and you have to eat whatever they serve you and the quantity they will decide. Daily different food for breakfast but only one option. You can't do much with breakfast. Locality is not very developed. There is not much option to eat surrounding the hotel. Limited restaurant options.
Need to look after maintenance. Bulb in bathroom broken. Card holder falling off. Charged for water. While I suggest having own design bottle and giving it for free, it would be a better option than charging for water. Get a customized bottle and use RO rather than charge for water. Ask customer if they want plain water or bottle. If they ask bottle water, then charge them.
