Lovely roomy room, comfortable very large bed, warm - once a heater was supplied. The desk for laptop use was great. A bonus having an electric kettle in my room.
Too many guests for the one bathroom/shower. It was 11 pm before the shower was free for me to use (in hindsight I wish I had showered long before bedtime). The shower tray was flooded due to block drain (I informed the owner the next morning). Being required to remove shoes before entry to the house should be made clear on the advert as I usually try to avoid such homes.

Very cost effective stay overnight, easily arranged and quick communication / confirmation just what I needed after needing accommodation the night before also very nice and clean.
Parking arrangement wasn't ideal also only tea bags for compliments and a hot water jug would have been a nicer experience to have some other options for hot drinks and some milk.

The bathroom facilities was the big problem. We had to wait a long time to be able to use the bathroom as other guests took long showers. We found this very inconvenient and frustrating. Our first night we had to wait until 11.30pm before we could get into the bathroom.
Also the kitchen was cold and unappealing. It was not conducive to making breakfast or doing any cooking. It was also very hard to find any crockery to use.
