Love the property and quietness of being tucked away in rice fields .

Getting rides was a bit of challenge. Much easier to get a motorbike or have the staff talk to your drivers . Recommend staying in contact with one driver that knows how to get there .

I would like to say that our first impression of the villa was actually very positive. The landscaping and garden design are beautiful, and the monkey fountain is especially lovely! it gives the villa a very lively and relaxing atmosphere. The overall concept of the place is really nice.

After staying here for the past few days, we honestly feel disappointed with the general cleanliness and maintenance of the property. Unfortunately, the villa feels quite dusty and not very well maintained, which has affected our experience. Even simple things such as the rubbish bins not having plastic bags inside made the place feel sticky and uncomfortable. There are also a few maintenance and hygiene issues we would like to kindly mention: 1. The lounge chairs beside the swimming pool look like they have not been cleaned for a long time. The pool water is also not very clear, and it seems the bottom of the pool may need vacuuming/cleaning. 2. Some of the wooden flooring near the pool appears rotten and unstable, which feels unsafe to step on and may need repair or replacement. 3. The towels/floor mats placed in front of the bedrooms do not appear to have been changed for quite some time and look quite dirty. To be honest, we feel a little sorry because this villa actually has so much potential to be an amazing place if the maintenance and cleaning were improved properly. The design and atmosphere are wonderful, which is why it feels disappointing to see the current condition
