The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in the neighbourhood. Having a door code was also good as you didn't have to worry about losing keys. The addition of air-conditioning was a nice-to-have feature as the weather was quite warm.
The large Lidl store only a couple of hundred meters away is convenient as is having a small Zabka downstairs.
There was no sugar provided with the tea/coffee, not really an issue but would've been good to have some if needed.

Apartament nowocześnie urządzony dopracowany w szczegółach i dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Jedna z sypialni ma przeszklone drzwi więc komuś może przeszkadzać, że wszystko jest na widoku. Bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt z gospodarzem. Dostępne miejsce postojowe w garażu podziemnym - co prawda na platformie ale mieszczącej samochód większy gabarytowo. Na dole budynku dostępny sklep Żabka.
Jedynym minusem widok na plac budowy innych apartamentów - no ale to niezależne od Gospodarza

Od kontaktu z obiektem, poprzez bezproblemowe rozwiązanie kwestii parkingu, po samo wymeldowanie. Po prostu świetne mieszkanko i świetna obsługa najemcy...czy tam jak się nie nazwę.

يوجد شطاف في دورة المياه
التكيف في كل الغرف
كراج للسيارة
كثرة اتصال المالك ومراسلته في كل وقت ومراقبته لك في الدخول والخروج كان الامر مزعج جدا
ارسال تحذير بإلغاء العقد في حال وجود اصوات بعد الساعة 10 وهذه مشكلة لمن لديه أطفال
لايوجد سلة نفايات في الحمام
المخدات غير مريحة ابدا وعددها قليل كنا بحاجه لنوم مريح ولم نحضى بذلك
المالك غير متعاون في توضيح مكان البطانية أو المخدات
انصح بعدم الاستئجار في هذا المكان 👎🏼
