    I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. I stayed here with my family for two nights, and the water flow in the bathroom was extremely slow. It took around 45 minutes just to fill one bucket with water. I reported this issue to the receptionist many times. Every time, I was told that a technician would come, but no one ever came. I also requested a different room, but my request was denied. There were four people staying in our room, so this water problem caused a lot of inconvenience. I was even late for my official work because we couldn't get ready on time. From the receptionist's response, it seemed like he was already aware of the problem, but no action was taken to fix it. The room maintenance and cleanliness were also disappointing. The bed cover was damaged, and the towel provided had hair on it, which made it appear as though it had already been used. This was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the hotel's hygiene standards. I was very disappointed with the poor service and the lack of responsibility. I would not recommend this hotel until they resolve these basic issues.

    I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and polite upon arrival, and their helpful and pleasant attitude continued all the way through check-out. The room was quite spacious, impeccably clean, and offered great value for money. Additionally, the hotel's location made it very accessible to key areas. I would highly recommend it!
