Apartamentul are o vedere foarte frumoasa spre munte, parcul Ariniș și turnul de observare Șoimul. In blocul de vis-a-vis exista si un market. Foarte aproape de mers pe jos la tiroliană si parc. Loc de parcare cu vedere din balcon.
