Loved everything about our experience

The campground is close to Wellsboro and the other outdoor attractions in and around the Pine Creek Gorge area. The owners were able to text me with check-in and check-out instructions, and they even have a video to help direct visitors to the area of the campsite. We stayed in one of the new (and pretty!) cabins that sleeps 7: 3 bunks, a loft queen bed and a bedroom with a queen bed. Plenty of plates, bowls, flatware, and cooking utensils were available; enough towels and bedsheets and blankets for the five of us. The couch and TV area was homey and comfortable, and the bar seating was really convenient. There was a picnic table and a fire pit (firewood for sale there, too) and the cabin's porch had two very comfortable Adirondack chairs. It is peaceful and quiet there. There are also trails for walking and one to get to the overlook tower nearby. We didn't use the sauna since it requires a fire to be built, but it might be worth it if we had been prepared with robes and suits to wear inside.

This place did not provide shower/body soap or shampoo, but that's not a deal breaker. The kitchen should have a hand towel or two, we went through a lot of paper towels. I would have liked a coffee table, something we could tuck away when not in use, to put drinks on or put our feet up while watching TV.
