La relación calidad-precio, la amabilidad del personal, la ubicación para ir a la estación (se va andando pasando por un hotel cercano), y que tiene parking en la puerta.

La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, sobre todo en el baño. Le dan de comer a las palomas y hacen ruido por la mañana.

The owner is one of the nicest people in this world. Very helpful, very kind. The beds were incredible comfortable after a long day on the mountain. Great food from Georgia, India and Pakistan.

This is not the hotel’s fault. The ski lift was a five minute walk away separated by the main road.

The owner was friendly. The bathroom was functional. There is space for skis and boots.

The power was out and the room was cold when we arrived. The balcony door doesn't stay closed, we had to lean a suitcase against it. The heating works but there is no good place to dry clothes, we used chairs and overloaded the bathroom towel rack. The room is pretty small for three people. The hotel is not very close to the slopes, it's possible to walk there but not to ski-in or ski-out. No breakfast was available - staff wasn't even there in the morning. Cash only payment. Parking in winter was an issue - it was possible but you had to be brave in the snow, and sometimes talk to the owner to get cars out so we could fit.
