Sa conception, la décoration, le calme, les possibilités de parcage. L’accès 24/24h
La salle de douche: l’eau est tiède et la douche n’était pas très propre. Un support de papier de toilette et un autre dans la douche seraient les bienvenus et à moindre frais.

L’ensemble des équipements est très agréable, la décoration est très agréable et les petites attentions avec une capsule de lessive et de café 🥰
C’est un petit détail mais la pression de l’eau pour la douche et il manque une cloche pour le micro-ondes mais c’est vraiment pas grand chose !…

Logement neuf, propre, spacieux. Lave-linge est un plus 👍 La climatisation était la bienvenue avec la période caniculaire car logement sous les toits. Logement n°7 donne dans la cour qui est calme: un plus.
Le manque de considération du propriétaire. Les plaques de cuisson ne fonctionnaient pas. Pas d'eau chaude, pas de débit. Aucun service et dédommagement. Déçu de ce côté. Si vous avez des choses à demander, ne compter pour avoir une solution. Dommage...
