Luxury Sea View Retreat with Hot Tub Sleeps 8

Friendly neighbourhood and sea views from the front side of the house. Enough space for the two cars and plenty of rooms for the 7 of us to relax comfortably. The furnishings were lovely and the hot tub was nice after long days out exploring. We also enjoyed playing the board games of an evening. Hosts were very responsive with any questions that we had. We visited margate shell grotto and dreamland, nibbles train café in newenden and the rare breeds farm, the white cliffs of dover and went for an italian in the town, folkestone beach and then canterbury on the way back home. We had a lovely time :)

Property was a brilliant size plenty of room for eight. Loved the hot tub. Ideal location. Quiet. East access to where we wanted to go to. Lovely view of the castle. Easy access to white cliff.

Cleanliness. Under dining room table was a pot of somebody's cream so obviously has not been swept or washed. Under a bed was a child's sword and a packed of dog biscuits. Front door is in need of replacing kept sticking and in poor shape. Good job we took our own toiletries as not enough in containers. The cleaner came at 9.15 which is too early when check out only should be by 10.00.

Everything about this property was exceptional. The cleanliness was outstanding—absolutely spotless in every area. The kitchen was fully equipped with every utensil, appliance, and even spices, making it feel exactly like home. The bathroom was extremely hygienic and well maintained. The view was beautiful and added a peaceful atmosphere to the stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the overall comfort, organization, and quality of the accommodation were far beyond expectations. The host was incredibly kind, professional, and responsive, which made the experience even better.

Nothing at all. There was absolutely nothing to dislike—everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in this very cozy, comfortably furnished and excellently equipped home very much. It has a tasteful design and everything that you need for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the bliss hot tub outside. The beds were comfy and everything felt homely.

Please note that you’ll need a car as the house is on the cliffs and apart from a cafe there is not a lot in walking distance. The only thing that could be improved would be the cleanliness upon arrival, but there was nothing that couldn’t be removed with a quick hoover. Will definitely be back at some point!
