Premium Stay - Opale Seaside Beachfront

A szállásadó nagyon proaktív volt: mindenben segített nekünk, és végig odafigyelt ránk. Elhagytam az órámat, ő pedig megtalálta, és mindent megtesz azért, hogy visszajusson hozzám. Bár személyesen nem találkoztunk vele, mégis végig éreztük a törődését.

Very nice and luxurious apartment in a very ritzy neighborhood near the beach. I liked the room to spread out, very quiet and secure building in a safe area. Nice building staff. Washing machine was useful as well as the nesspresso coffee maker. Near a great place to run and about 2 miles from the Moroccan Mall, a very cool thing to see. All in all a lovely place that just needs a tad more professionalism from the hosts and it would easily get 10 stars.

I didn’t receive instructions until after arrival causing me needless stress as the building staff had no idea who I was or what I wanted (language barrier). The apartment cleaning was incomplete with 1/2 drunk water bottles and leftover food in the refrigerator from previous guest. But not a big deal. The wifi password given was wrong initially before it was rectified and I spent the first part of the trip using my own phone data. While the apartment is very modern and luxurious the water pressure the 2nd day was lacking but that’s not the owners fault. Just an fyi. Also the area is devoid of life and retail. Had to search to find places to eat. Very uber wealthy homes and cars. It felt sterile. But it could be because it was Ramadan and the lively activities in the area were after sundown.

We liked the space, beautiful decor, and enjoyed the proximity to the beach, as well as the separate bedroom to the lounge. Proximity to amenities.

The hinge of our door was broken.
