El balcón con las vistas al mar es espectacular, muy buena ubicación cerca de muchos bares y restaurantes para comer y sobre todo muy buen ambiente alrededor. Además está cerca de muchas playas que se pueden llegar andando o en coche en poco tiempo.
El aire acondicionado, echa aire pero no enfría, aunque estuviera en la mínima temperatura, y hace mucha calor en el apartamento ya que le da el sol todo el día. Pero si se soluciona, el apartamento es un 10.
