Πολύ όμορφο ισόγειο κτίσμα με ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος (από τοστιέρα μέχρι σίδερο σιδερώματος και πλυντήριο ρούχων εντός του WC). Το διαμέρισμα είναι με δύο χωρους, ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, ένα μόνο και έναν καναπέ που γίνεται άνετο κρεβάτι. Ο κάθε χωρος έχει το δικό του καινούργιο κλιματιστικό. Επίσης όμορφη και καθαρή αυλή με τραπέζι και καρέκλες διαθέσιμες για δική μας χρήση όπως και 2 ποδήλατα διαθεσιμα. Κανένα πρόβλημα με παρκάρισμα. Πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι και το κέντρο της Σάμης ώστε να πηγαίνει κάποιος άνετα με τα πόδια. Ήσυχη γειτονιά χωρίς θόρυβο. Τέλος οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι μας παρείχαν ο,τι πληροφορίες χρειαστήκαμε για την περιοχή.
Δεδομένου ότι το διαμέρισμα είναι ισόγειο, έτυχε να εμφανιστούν μικρά μυρμήγκια. Ωστοσο το θεμα αντιμετωπίστηκε άμεσα από τους οικοδεσπότες οι οποίοι μας έδωσαν ένα σπρέι για να ψεκάσουμε.
