Logement très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Localisation au calme, avec possibilité de se garer proximité. Bon accueil de l'hôte.

Au calme, proche de saint nicolas de bourgeuil. Gîte bien équipé et confortable.
Escalier d 'accès aux chambres peu adapté aux personnes âgés et jeunes enfants.

Le gîte est agréable et dispose de bons équipements .
Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de sanitaire à l'étage. La raideur de l'escalier devient dangereuse la nuit pour descendre au rez-de-chaussée . Il serait souhaitable de mettre une deuxième rampe sur la gauche à la montée pour pouvoir sécuriser l'escalier de meunier.
