Fairfield Villa is in an excellent location for exploring Colombo or travelling further afield.
The property is very spacious and Ronald is a very helpful and thoughtful host.
It also felt very safe and secure.
For someone like myself who is staying more than a week for work it would have been nice to have a more functional kitchen area, for example a small table and chairs, storage for shelf stable food items, maybe a toaster and a larger working surface

It’s a stand alone property with needed facilities
Location is central but the area is a bit dodgy.
The house could be better maintained as well as the garden.
