It was comfortable and reasonably clean. I was sceptical initially after reading the reviews, but it turned out to be comfortable and great value for the money.
Only one toilet, even though there are 2 bathrooms.

It's very close to the metro 500 m. It's just one metro stop from Erdberg international bus station, very close.
I saw cockroaches in my room.The toilet paper ran out, they brought more two days later. There was no soap in the toilet, I bought liquid soap with my own money.
